Our customer support forms the interface between the various MEAG units and our clients. Our customer support representatives advise our customers on investment strategy and perform the tactical asset management. They are also the central point of contact within MEAG for all issues relating to the customer. This is a diverse and challenging responsibility. The colleagues not only know the complex restrictions and regulations that an investment is subject to, they also know the markets and which securities, instruments and techniques can be used to achieve which investment goals.
