MEAG once again secured itself the top score of 5 Stars in the Capital Fonds-Kompass 2025, placing first among the fund specialists and second of all 100 fund companies in Germany.

Just as in the previous years, MEAG impressed with outstanding fund quality and first-class service. Fund quality is the most important factor when grading fund companies, and here MEAG garnered an astounding 57.2 of 60 possible points. And with its customer service, MEAG's reconfirmed its continued quality at the top level.

MEAG successfully defended its 1st place among specialists and 2nd place among all 100 fund providers.

The EuroRent fund has come in second in the “Bond Funds Europe” category over one year, and third over a three-year period at the €uro FundAwards 2025, making it one of the best funds in its category. The deciding factor in gaining these accolades was the fund's convincing performance compared to its competitors.

MEAG has topped its achievement from last year with the FNG Seal. The defensive mixed fund MEAG FairReturn improved from one star to two, while the international equity fund MEAG Nachhaltigkeit was able to reaffirm last year’s excellent result of two stars.

In addition to meeting the minimum sustainability standards, the two MEAG funds also scored extra points by fulfilling additional criteria in the tiered model, leading them to be considered high-quality sustainability funds. Particular value was placed here on institutional credibility, compliance with product standards and the portfolio’s focus with regard to selection procedures and dialogue.

MEAG has been named “Best Asset Manager”, with two Scope Awards in the categories “Real Estate Essential Retail” and “Real Estate Germany Institutional”.

Scope has recognised MEAG as a top fund company in the category “Best Asset Manager – Specialist Provider” in Germany. According to Scope, MEAG earned this distinction with its high quality across its entire range of retail fund products.

MEAG is a top fund company with the highest possible score! That is the verdict of the financial experts from Capital magazine: "MEAG has improved significantly" and earned five out of five possible stars, placing it among the top three fund companies in Germany.

For 22 years now, Capital has been using its Fund Compass to recognise the best of the 100 biggest investment-fund providers in Germany. MEAG made a giant leap from 4 to 5 stars between the 2023 and 2024 ratings - and onto the winner's podium.

Both the MEAG EuroRent fund and the MEAG GlobalChance fund impressed over the one-year observation period and were awarded the coveted distinction. And MEAG was also yet again given the "Top" rating in the "Best Asset Manager Multi Asset" category. That puts MEAG among the best of the best asset managers according to Scope. This category evaluated primarily the three ERGO Vermögensmanagement funds.

At this year's €uro FundAwards, MEAG once again proved that it has attractive and successful investment funds to offer:

The MEAG EuroErtrag garnered a €uro Fund Award 2022 in the category "Mixed 
Funds Predominantly Bonds" over twenty years. Key to winning the award was the fund's outstanding performance of 138.1% (performance measured as at 31 December 2021 using the BVI method).

MEAG applied for the FNG Seal for the first time in 2021 with its international equity fund MEAG Nachhaltigkeit and its defensive mixed fund MEAG FairReturn. Both MEAG funds immediately met the high minimum standards and received an additional star (out of a maximum of three) for their exceptional and extensive sustainability strategy.

The so-called "Capital Fonds-Kompass" is the most respected ranking for fund companies in Germany. For 19 years, Capital has been using the Fonds-Kompass to honor the best universal and specialist providers with actively managed investment funds. MEAG has consistently been among the top fund companies since 2012.

MEAG EuroErtrag achieved a €uro Fund Award 2021 with a performance of 72.8 percent over ten years among 64 competitors in the category "Mixed funds mainly bonds", MEAG EM Rent Nachhaltigkeit with 6.9 percent over three years in the category "Bond funds emerging markets euro" among 38 competitors.

For the third time in a row, MEAG ProInvest is voted one of the top equity funds in Germany at the Scope Investment Awards. The fund thus repeats the success of previous years.

The focus of the category "Best Real Estate Investor" was on the historical performance of real estate investments, in particular the actual and target portfolio structure, the development of real estate management, stringent allocation and the appropriate diversification strategy. The evaluation explicitly took into account innovative ability and convincing risk management. The awards are regarded as a quality seal for institutional investments in Germany.

At this year's €uro FundAwards MEAG was once again able to prove that it has a large number of attractive and successful funds: The German equity fund MEAG ProInvest took first place with a performance of 32.89 percent over one year among 58 competitors, while MEAG EuroErtrag, with 74.86 percent, took third place over ten years in the category mixed funds mainly bonds, also among 58 competitors.

MEAG was awarded Top in the category Best Asset Manager Multi Asset.

MEAG ProInvest was rated Top in the category Best Fund Equities Germany.
