Antonia Jobke is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administration Officer at MEAG. She is responsible for Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, ESG, Operations, Portfolio Administration, Outsourcing Controlling & IT Governance Management and IT Request & Innovation Management. Previously, she was responsible for the strategic and organizational development and for the implementation of the transformation program MEAG2025 as Head of the Transformation & Strategy unit. Until February 2021, she was responsible for a portfolio of ERGO M&A transactions in Asia and various group strategy projects at Munich Re. Prior to that, Antonia Jobke advised major companies in Germany and Europe with a focus on financial services companies for the consulting firm Roland Berger.
